هذا التطبيق تنشره AMS Labs، وهو مشروع فردي يديره محمد الأسمر المقيم في المملكة العربية السعودية. المسؤول عن البيانات الموصوفة في هذه الصفحة هو نفسه. للتواصل: support@amslabs.app.
الخلاصة
لا يوجد في التطبيق تسجيل دخول ولا حساب، ولا نحتفظ نحن بأي بيانات عنك على خوادمنا. لكن التطبيق يعرض إعلانات ويستطيع إرسال إشعارات، وكلاهما يعتمد على خدمات من Google تجمع بيانات وتشاركها. التفصيل أدناه.
الإعلانات
يستخدم التطبيق Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) لعرض الإعلانات. تجمع حزمة إعلانات Google وتشارك:
- عنوان IP الخاص بجهازك؛
- تفاعلاتك داخل التطبيق، مثل الضغط على إعلان؛
- معلومات تشخيصية عن أداء التطبيق والإعلان؛
- معرّفات الجهاز، ومنها معرّف الإعلانات في أندرويد.
تُستخدم هذه البيانات للإعلانات وقياس أدائها ومنع الاحتيال، وتُنقل مشفّرة. تخضع هذه البيانات لسياسة خصوصية Google بعد جمعها، لا لهذه السياسة.
عند أول تشغيل يسألك التطبيق عن موافقتك على الإعلانات المخصّصة عبر نموذج Google المعتمد. يمكنك تغيير قرارك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← خيارات الخصوصية. إن لم توافق، تبقى الإعلانات معروضة لكن غير مخصّصة.
الإشعارات
يمكن للتطبيق أن يرسل إشعارًا عند إضافة صور جديدة، وهي ميزة اختيارية تحتاج إذنك. لتعمل، يستخدم التطبيق Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google، الذي يسجّل لجهازك رمز تسجيل ومعلومات أساسية عن الجهاز والتطبيق.
الإشعارات بثّ عام يصل إلى كل من اشترك، ولا تُستهدف بك ولا تعتمد على سلوكك. لا نربط رمز التسجيل باسمك أو بأي هوية، ولا نحتفظ بقائمة مشتركين لدينا. ولا يستخدم التطبيق Google Analytics أو Firebase Analytics.
تحميل الصور
صور التطبيق مستضافة على Cloudflare R2. عند تصفّح الصور يتصل جهازك بخوادم Cloudflare، فيصل إليها عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز ضمن سجلات الخادم المعتادة. لا نضيف نحن أي معرّف إلى هذه الطلبات ولا نستطيع ربطها بشخص.
ما يبقى على جهازك وحده
لا يغادر أيٌّ مما يلي جهازك، ولا نراه نحن إطلاقًا:
- الصور التي أضفتها إلى المفضلة؛
- اختيارك لمظهر التطبيق (تلقائي أو صباحي أو مسائي)؛
- قرارك بشأن موافقة الإعلانات؛
- الصور المخزّنة مؤقتًا لتسريع التصفّح.
حذف التطبيق يمحو كل ذلك. الصور التي حفظتها في معرض جهازك تبقى، لأنها صارت ملكك في المعرض لا في التطبيق.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
لا نحتفظ نحن بأي بيانات عنك: لا حساب لديك، ولا سجلّ باسمك، ولا شيء لدينا لنحذفه. البيانات التي تجمعها Google وCloudflare تخضع لمدد الاحتفاظ في سياساتهما. لسؤال عمّا لديهم أو طلب حذفه، راسلنا وسنرشدك إلى الطريق الصحيح، أو راجع سياسة خصوصية Google وسياسة خصوصية Cloudflare.
الأطفال
التطبيق ليس موجّهًا للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات ممن هم دون السن التي يحددها القانون في بلدهم.
حقوقك
تستطيع في أي وقت: سحب موافقتك على الإعلانات المخصّصة من داخل التطبيق، وإيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات نظامك، وحذف كل ما يخصّك بحذف التطبيق. ولأي سؤال عن بياناتك أو طلب يتعلق بها، راسلنا على support@amslabs.app وسنردّ خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
تغييرات هذه السياسة
إن تغيّر ما يجمعه التطبيق، ستُحدَّث هذه الصفحة ويُحدَّث تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاها. الصفحة موجودة على هذا العنوان دائمًا.

Who we are
This app is published by AMS Labs, a one-person project run by Mohamad Al Asmar, resident in Saudi Arabia, who is the controller of the data described here. Contact: support@amslabs.app.
In short
The app has no sign-up and no account, and we hold no data about you on any server of ours. It does show ads and can send notifications, and both rely on Google services that collect and share data. The detail follows.
Advertising
The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares:
- your device's IP address;
- your in-app product interactions, such as tapping an ad;
- diagnostic information about app and ad performance;
- device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID.
This is used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, and is encrypted in transit. Once collected it is governed by Google's privacy policy rather than this one.
On first launch the app asks for your consent to personalised advertising using Google's certified consent form. You can change that decision at any time under Settings → Privacy options. If you decline, ads still appear but are not personalised.
Notifications
The app can notify you when new images are added. This is optional and requires your permission. It uses Firebase Cloud Messaging from Google, which registers a registration token for your device along with basic device and app information.
Notifications are broadcasts sent to everyone subscribed. They are not targeted at you and do not depend on your behaviour. We do not link the token to your name or any identity, and we keep no subscriber list of our own. The app does not use Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics.
Loading images
The app's images are hosted on Cloudflare R2. Browsing them means your device contacts Cloudflare's servers, so your IP address and device type appear in ordinary server logs there. We attach no identifier to those requests and cannot tie them to a person.
What stays on your device only
None of the following ever leaves your device, and we never see it:
- the images you added to Favorites;
- your appearance preference (automatic, morning or evening);
- your advertising consent decision;
- images cached to make browsing faster.
Uninstalling the app erases all of it. Images you saved to your device's gallery remain, because they belong to the gallery and not to the app.
Retention and deletion
We retain nothing about you: you have no account, we hold no record in your name, and there is nothing on our side to delete. Data collected by Google and Cloudflare is retained under their own policies. To ask what they hold or request its deletion, write to us and we will point you to the right route, or see Google's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Children
The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the age of consent in their country.
Your choices
At any time you can withdraw consent to personalised advertising from inside the app, turn notifications off in your system settings, and remove everything relating to you by uninstalling. For any question or request about your data, write to support@amslabs.app and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If what the app collects changes, this page and the date at the top of it are updated. The page stays at this address.
